Toni Storm had a solid run on NXT and NXT UK, but her main roster run was disappointing. Unfortunately, her program with Charlotte Flair did more harm than good.

Storm left WWE without giving any prior notice to anyone. After a brief hiatus from pro wrestling, Toni Storm made her debut in AEW and wasted no time in becoming a big deal there.

Thunder Rosa had to be pulled from AEW All Out due to a back injury. In fact, it was said that she couldn’t even walk. In the end, Toni Storm won at AEW All Out and became the Interim AEW Women’s Champion.

While speaking with Bleacher Report, Storm revealed that she is ready to defeat Rosa and remove the interim title from her championship reign.

”I guess my first thing would be to beat Thunder Rosa and stop this interim nonsense. That’s kind of what’s been bothering me. I think that’s been bothering a lot of people because she’s still calling herself the AEW women’s world champion and I’m the one here every week doing the work.”

“Right now. I guess it’s about being a good champion, being a strong champion. That’s what I’m up against every day. I’m working harder than I ever had in my entire career. The time is now. I look at every week as just an opportunity to prove myself. I love giving it my all and who knows where we go from here? But all I know is I’m gonna continue to work hard.”

When it comes to her homelife, Toni Storm doesn’t have anything to complain about. She is married to Juice Robinson, and the two are doing quite well.

“It’s the best. We just did it in January. We did it quicker than we thought. We were initially planning on doing the whole wedding thing, but then we eloped and it was awesome. I love my life. It’s very fun.”

Storm is set to defend her title against Hikaru Shida on the October 18 edition of AEW Dynamite. We’ll have to see how she will fare in the match.
