AEW capped off tonight’s edition of Dynamite with a Grand Slam Tournament of Champions Semi-Finals match between Bryan Danielson and Chris Jericho. The company taped matches for Rampage immediately following the conclusion of their flagship show. This is your official spoiler warning, because we’re about to tell you what happened during the show.

This week’s edition of Rampage will air on September 16th, and it will deal with the aftermath of Dynamite as well. Matches for Rampage were announced during Dynamite this week.

This week’s edition of Rampage starts off with Jim Ross entrance. Jericho arrives next and cuts a pre-commentary promo.

Matt Hardy versus Darby Allin w/Sting is the first match of the night. Sting comes out for his entrance but then heads to the back. The match stars. Matt misses a moonsault. Darby hits a destroyer but Matt kicks out. Darby pins him with a single leg laying back pin, Lights go out and come back. It’s Brody King inside the ring. King turns Matt inside out with a clothesline and issues a challenge for Darby Allin and Sting at Arthur Ashe. Lights go out again and Brody is gone. Sting and Darby Allin help Matt Hardy reach the backstage.

Tony Schiavone enters the ring for an interview with Ring of Honor World Champion Claudio Castagnoli, who comes out with Wheeler Yuta. Claudio hypes up the AEW World Championship match between Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson at Dynamite Grand Slam. Jericho interrupts and demands a shot at Claudio’s ROH World Championship at Arthur Ashe. Claudio accepts.

Jade Cargill shows up on screen. Jade talks about how there’s no one left for her to beat. Diamanté challenges her for Arthur Ashe and says she’s coming with baddest b**ch from 305.

Penelope Ford defeats Willow Nightingale by submission.

Ethan Page squashes Danhausen by dropping him with a variation of Razer’s Edge. Stokely Hathaway joins Page inside the ring for a promo.

Bobby Cruise is in the ring to announce the main event of the night. It’s Samoa Joe versus Josh Woods for the ROH World Television Championship. Josh Woods comes out to the ring with Mark Sterling and Tony Nese. Joe picks up the win with a muscle buster. Joe gets jumped by Woods and Nese after the match. Wardlow comes out to make the save. Wardlow and Joe face off for a second and then touch belts and celebrate as Rampage goes off the air.
