Eddie Kingston made his AEW debut back in July of 2020, where he faced off against Cody Rhodes for the TNT Championship. While he was unsuccessful in the match, Kingston impressed many and signed with the company.

Last year, AEW built up the feud between Eddie Kingston and CM Punk. The feud further intensified after the scathing back and forth between CM Punk and Eddie Kingston on an episode of Rampage. It culminated in a bloody war between the two at AEW Full Gear, which saw CM Punk pick up the win in the end.

CM Punk is in the news for all the wrong reasons after he went ballistic on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks during the post-AEW All Out media scrum and then a brawl ensued right after that.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio ahead of AEW All Out, Kingston was asked about his tweet from while ago and Punk’s comments. Kingston stated that Punk is a bad person.

I don’t like (Chris) Jericho, I don’t like Bryan (Danielson), I don’t like Claudio (Castagnoli), I don’t like Punk. Those are the people I don’t like in this company. There is nothing you can say or do or tell me that makes them different to me. I know who they ar

CM Punk might also get fired after the backstage brawl. CM Punk’s altercation following AEW All Out has also become legal issue. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story right here at Ringside News.
