Dominik Mysterio Heel Turn Paid Tribute To Classic Eddie Guerrero Storyline

Rey Mysterio and Edge won their match against The Judgement Day at WWE Clash at the Castle. Fans were glad to see them beating the faction again, but there was a twist at the end as well.

Dominik Mysterio did the impossible and turned heel by attacking Edge and then his own father Rey, much to the absolute shock of everyone in attendance at Clash At The Castle.

The part where Dominik confronted his father, was similar to what Eddie Guerrero did during his feud with Rey Mysterio back in 2005. The feud essentially started before WrestleMania 21.

It ended at SummerSlam 2005, with a ladder match that determined the custody of Dominik. Rey Mysterio is also in complete denial after his son turned heel on him. We’ll have to see how the storyline will progress.
