Dexter Lumis was one of the highlights of NXT television for the past couple of years, especially due to his amusing storyline with Indi Hartwell. However, Lumis and nine other NXT stars were released by WWE earlier this year. WWE now has other plans for Lumis on Raw.

According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, as of Sunday night, a number of extras had been hired for a Raw angle that would involve riot cops. People they spoke to thought this had to do with Dexter Lumis invading WWE Raw. The sequence would involve police to stop him.
As of Sunday evening, several extras had been put in place for an angle on Raw that would feature riot police. Those that we spoke to believed this had something to do with Dexter Lumis “invading” WWE Raw, with the angle being that the police were there to keep him out.
A similar situation happened with Dexter Lumis before. The August 8th edition of Raw saw the return of familiar face to WWE as Dexter Lumis showed up on the Stamford-based promotion’s Monday night show. Lumis appeared during the show’s closing moments and attempted to jump the barricade.
The NXT alum, however, was caught by security before he could sneak inside the ring to possibly take out AJ Styles who was celebrating his victory against The Miz in a No Disqualification Match. We will have to see how everything plays out tonight on RAW.
