Eric Bischoff Gives Huge Props To WWE For Dexter Lumis’ Return

Dexter Lumis was one of the highlights of NXT television for the past couple of years, especially due to his amusing storyline with Indi Hartwell. However, Lumis and nine other NXT stars were released by WWE earlier this year. 

It was said that Lumis was released because of his age. After Triple H was made the head of WWE Creative, changes have been constant, Dexter Lumis returned at the end of RAW last week.

While speaking on SHAK Wrestling, Eric Bischoff talked about Dexter Lumis’ WWE return. He gave WWE a lot of props for making the return cool and is excited for the storyline to progress.

“That is such a cool thing, and it seems so refreshing right? It’s such a basic story-telling tool and device in terms of writing that it seems ridiculous to me that we’re all going, ‘Wow, that was really cool.’ (…) That’s an example of a formula that we shouldn’t be going,’ Wow, that’s cool.’ We should just be getting sucked into these stoies because they keep you engaged… They [WWE] understand it for the first time in a long time then we are going to see some great TV coming out of WWE.”

We will have to wait and see how Dexter Lumis’ storyline will progress in the coming weeks. WWE is going through a lot of changes right now and fans couldn’t be more excited.
