Triple H took over as WWE’s creative head and brought back a couple of released superstars. Another former WWE superstar was featured on SmackDown in Montreal this week.

WWE aired a vignette featuring The Viking Raiders on SmackDown this week. Eric and Ivar held a “Viking Funeral” for The New Day. Former WWE star Sarah Logan was also featured in the vignette. The camera didn’t show her face, but her back was to the camera.

Sarah Logan was released from her WWE contract due to budget cuts on April 15, 2020. She announced her decision to step away from pro wrestling “for the foreseeable future” on June 22, 2020.

Logan made a surprise return to WWE during the Women’s Royal Rumble Match at the Royal Rumble premium live event on January 29, 2022. She briefly reunited with Liv Morgan during the match.
