Ezekiel and Kevin Owens started feuding the moment Zeke walked into Raw after WrestleMania. Elias’ younger brother called out KO for being a liar and the two developed a hate for each other.

KO attacked Zeke as soon as the bell rang and took him out with a vicious powerbomb on the apron. This caused their match to come to an abrupt end.

WWE doctors attended to Zeke after the brutal assault by Owens. Zeke was taken out of the arena in a stretcher and transported to a local medical facility after the attack. WWE later sent out a social media blast to let fans know that Zeke is in the hospital now.

UPDATE: @IAmNotEliasWWE was brought to a local medical facility and is being evaluated. #WWERaw

KO was asked about his attack on Ezekiel in a backstage segment. The former Universal Champion Ezekiel couldn’t figure out who he was, but Owens know who he is, and that Raw will always be the “Kevin Owens Show.”

This was an important segment for both Kevin Owens and Ezekiel. Not only did it make Owens look very strong, but it also might have written Zeke off television so Triple H can finally book Elias like he always wanted to.
