Becky Lynch suffered shoulder injury during her match against Bianca Belair at SummerSlam. ‘The Man’ was seen clutching her shoulder throughout the match and was still doing so afterward. It appears that Lynch’s injury may be severe enough to keep her out of in-ring action.

Fightful’s Sean Sapp reported behind his paywall that Lynch separated her shoulder during her match this past weekend. The report noted that Lynch is expected to miss some time, but it’s currently unknown how long she’ll be out.

Fightful was told that Lynch separated her shoulder early in her match with Bianca Belair and worked through pain to finish it. So far, the next steps aren’t known, but we’re told it did affect creative to some degree. When we asked, we weren’t given a timetable on her return, and were even told it was 50/50 on possibly needing surgery to fix it. Lynch is expected to miss some ring time, but how long isn’t certain.

Becky Lynch seemingly turned babyface after her match against Belair. After her match this past weekend, the former Raw Women’s Champion finally praised Belair on social media and changed her Twitter handle to her old nickname, ‘The Man.’ Fans may have to wait awhile to see Lynch fully come back as a babyface on Raw.
