Triple H is already a huge WWE legend and a Hall of Famer as part of DX. While he’s been with the promotion for decades, Triple H finally got his shot to take control of the creative. This happened after Vince McMahon retired following the shocking revelations about him. Triple H emerged as the top guy in the WWE creative.

The Game is currently busy alongside Big E, Bianca Belair and many more with the WWE SummerSlam tryouts. The WWE WrestleMania week tryouts resulted in a dozen of new talent being signed with the promotion. Similarly, WWE wants the SummerSlam tryouts to bring the same results.

Triple H was talking to the media while the tryouts went on. After he was asked about his new creative leadership in WWE. He said that he doesn’t think he can alone fill Vince McMahon’s shoes, but with a team, it’s possible. He said that he intently wants to continue with the creative legacy.

They’re a massive pair of shoes to fill, that I am trying in some way to step into, but I do not dream, for one second, that I fill those shoes by myself. It’s going to take a lot of us, it’s going to take a team, it’s going to take everybody here to fill those shoes and continue this on but we will. The intent is to continue the legacy of what has been going, what made me fall in love with the business that he created and take it to new levels, to take it beyond where it is now. The only way we’re going to do that is with a team.

The legend also talked about how WWE has the most hard working talent in the world. He added that with all these great minds collectively working hard together, they will be able to give the fans what they want, “and then some.”

That’s with Steph (Stephanie McMahon), that’s with Nick Khan, that’s with myself, that’s with Kevin Dunn, that’s with everybody that is here. That’s with all this talent, we have the hardest working talent in the world. I have no doubt, no doubt in my mind that with this team, we can do it– not an inkling of doubt. It’s just a lot of hard work and we’re all going to grind, and we’re all gonna make it do [sic] because we have the greatest fans in the world, and we’re gonna make sure that they get everyone they want out of this product, and then some.

Road Dogg recently said that Triple H should’ve been in charge of WWE creative many years ago. While Triple H named Kevin Dunn in the media session, there are talks of Bruce Pichard and Kevin Dunn being replaced. While NXT went through massive rebranding, it seems that the Black and Gold era might make a comeback under The Game’s creative leadership.
