For many fans and pro wrestlers, Triple H is a pioneer in the world of professional wrestling. He has accomplished a lot in the business and has also given a lot of contributions. He is also expected to somewhat bring back NXT to the black and gold era.

Triple H is seen as the brains behind NXT, as he worked very hard to make NXT one of the most worthwhile wrestling products in recent memory. NXT 2.0 might no longer follow his vision, but Triple H’s contributions will never be forgotten.

The Game was named the top person in charge of WWE Creative after Vince McMahon retired. WWE fans have demanded to see Triple H in control of creative for a very long time, so it was a decision that made fans happy as well.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Triple H is expected to somewhat bring back NXT to the black and gold era, now that he is in charge of WWE Creative.

In NXT, the belief was that the product will revert back somewhat to Levesque’s previous vision of it. The belief was that while they will continue to heavily recruit top tier athletes, a process Levesque has been a key player in over the past year, that they would be more open to use more experienced wrestling talent as well, and that going forward the door would be more open to better wrestlers who weren’t as big or as good looking as McMahon wanted on the roster.

Triple H is also fully focused on developing WWE talent now that he is no longer an active in-ring competitor. It remains to be seen just how much the current product will change back to the black and gold era.
