Seth Rollins was supposed to face Matt Riddle in Saturday’s WWE SummerSlam premium live event. The match has since been canceled. The company stated that Riddle was injured during an attack by Rollins on Monday’s edition of Raw. Soon after the news broke, Rollins offered an apology to the fans who already purchased tickets for the event.

Seth Rollins said that he did everything possible to gain a spot at the event, but the cancellation of the bout was beyond his control. Triple H, who is the new creative head of WWE, replied to Rollins’ Tweet by saying he hears him.

I hear you!
