WWE SmackDown heads to Boston this week for what should be a huge show. With just a week before SummerSlam, things should really heat up in Beantown. Fans in the area have been showing some strong enthusiasm for the event.

Brock Lesnar will make his first appearance in Boston in four years. The Beast is getting set for a falls count anywhere match with Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. He is hoping to become the next Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

According to WrestleTix on Patreon, the show isn’t quite sold out. There should still be a nice crowd at the TD Garden. Nearly 7,000 tickets have been distributed.

“WWE Friday Night SmackDown
Fri Jul 22 7:45 PM
TD Garden, Boston, MA

Available Tickets => 1,193
Current Setup/Capacity => 7,896
Tickets Distributed => 6,703″

Also set for the Boston SmackDown is Shunsuke Nakamura vs Ludwig Kaiser. The Maximum Male Models will debut this year’s swimwear collection with the help of the debuting Maxxine Dupri. Ronda Rousey and Liv Morgan will also come face to face ahead of their SmackDown Women’s Championship bout in Nashville.

It doesn’t look like the show will be a total sellout, but there should be a lively audience for Friday night’s show. Boston has always been a strong wrestling city. The superstars of WWE are hoping to bring it and send them home happy.
