Lacey Evans was starting to create buzz as a heel until she got pregnant and had to take some time off from television. WWE capitalized on the opportunity and fleshed out a new gimmick for Evans. She is also having a great time as a hated heel who demands respect.
After weeks of walking thin line between face and heel turn, Lacey Evans finally turned heel on SmackDown. Evans cut a promo before her tag match and laid out Aliyah. She also forfeited her match this week on the blue brand.
WWE cameras caught up with Evans backstage after the show and she bragged about how the fans owe her for the work she’s done for the people and the country.
“I am everything that every woman, man and American should be. They should not only stand up and cheer for me but they should kiss the ground that I walk on.”
Evans also believes that she is better than Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns every day. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for her now that she’s finally completed her full-fledged heel turn.
