Lacey Evans played a heel character before she took some time off from WWE TV due to pregnancy. WWE capitalized on her Marine background and originally repackaged her as a babyface for which they received huge props. After teasing a heel turn for weeks, it finally happened this week.

Evans was booked to tag with Aliyah, who made her return to SmackDown from injury this week, against Tamina and Shotzi on SmackDown. Evans finally showed her true colors as she berated the fans for not giving her a standing ovation. So, she re-tried her entrance three different times.

The Lady of WWE said she tried to motivate the fans with her inspirational story, but they didn’t appreciate her. She then attacked a distracted Aliyah before the match had even begun.

Evans was part of the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at the Money in the Bank premium live event on July 2nd, but failed to win the briefcase. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for her. She’ll be doing it as a bad girl once again.
