WWE will present its annual SummerSlam premium live event from the massive Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee later this month. SummerSlam is always one of the company’s biggest shows of the year. Up until recently, ticket sales hadn’t been doing so well.

The current setup for the stadium allows for 36,259 seats. WWE had barely sold 20,000 as of late May. Since some new matchups have been added, interest seems to have increased as approximately 7,000 tickets have been sold since June 8.

According to WrestleTix on Patreon, WWE has reached a huge milestone. The company has sold 30,000 tickets for SummerSlam. With the current configuration, they are just over 6,000 away from a sellout.
