Ring of Honor went on hiatus last year, with its future in the balance. Thankfully, AEW President Tony Khan purchased the promotion and saved it. Another title match has now been added to ROH Death Before Dishonor.
Death Before Dishonor will take place on July 23rd, 2022, at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The card for the show was officially introduced last week on AEW Dynamite.
So far, a couple of title matches were booked for the event. It was then officially announced on the latest edition of AEW Control Center that Mercedes Martinez will defend her ROH Women’s Title against Serena Deeb at the event.
Here is the updated card for ROH Death Before Dishonor:
Wheeler Yuta (c) vs. Daniel Garcia – ROH Pure Championship
FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) (c) vs. The Briscoes (Mark & Jay Briscoe) – ROH Tag Team Championship
Samoa Joe (c) vs. Jay Lethal – ROH Television Championship
Mercedes Martinez (c) vs. Serena Deeb – ROH Women’s World Championship
