WWE Staff Waiting To See ‘How Bad This Situation Can Get’ With Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon was the Chairman of WWE and has been one of the biggest names in the pro wrestling industry. McMahon always managed to be in the news over the past few decades for various reasons. The backstage atmosphere in WWE is also different after McMahon’s latest fiasco.

Vince McMahon dominated headlines for shocking reasons after he secretly paid $3 million as settlement to a departing employee. For that reason, McMahon is currently under investigation.

On top of that, McMahon voluntarily stepped down from his position as Chairman of WWE. According to PW Insider’s Mike Johnson, there is currently a “lot of silence” backstage as everyone is waiting to see if McMahon stepping down as CEO will end up hurting WWE.

There is a lot of silence among employees as they are all waiting to see how bad this situation can get… There’s been a real concern among some to keep their heads down and not get caught up in the mess, especially since they don’t know what executives will end up with larger amounts of power when the dust settles.
