Cody Rhodes squared off against Seth Rollins in the main event of Hell In A Cell. The American Nightmare realized just how significant the match was and had no intention of missing out on it regardless of his condition. WWE might also be presenting him as the face of the company.

Despite suffering from a legit torn pectoral muscle, Rhodes managed to compete in the match and put on an instant classic. This only served to enhance Cody Rhodes’ reputation more than anything.

Judging by the official @WWE and @WWENetwork handles, WWE could be presenting Cody Rhodes as the face of the company. This is because both handles have images of him.

The header photos are typically reserved for posters of upcoming premium live events. However, it’s quite rare for the company to feature just one Superstar and denoting his significance.

It is also to be noted that @WWE on BT Sport and @WWE on FOX still feature Roman Reigns & The Bloodline in their header photos, but those are not accounts operated directly by WWE.

Cody Rhodes is expected to be out of action for 9 months. WWE even filmed Cody Rhodes’ entire surgery for later use. We’ll have to see what WWE will have planned for Rhodes once he is back.
