The Rock Gives Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins Huge Props For Their Hell In A Cell Match

Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins had a match for the ages at last week’s WWE Hell in Cell premium live event. The drama was cranked up after Cody revealed the extent of his injury. Rhodes tore his right pectoral completely off the bone just days before stepping into the hellacious structure.

Many fans could not believe their eyes when Cody Rhodes removed his ring jacket. Rhodes’ entire right side was covered in a heinous bruise. Somehow, Seth Rollins and Cody were able to pull out a classic match. Even some of the greatest of all time have given the bout rave reviews.

The latest to show his respect was The Rock. Even though he’s busy with the upcoming Black Adam movie, the former WWE Champion took time to watch the match. He said he was proud of both competitors for their herculean effort.

“Holy sh*t. Proud of both, you and Seth. Go make your money!!”

Cody Rhodes recently had successful surgery to repair his injury. He is expected to miss around six months of action. If there was a perfect way to take that much time off, Cody and Seth’s match was it.

Rhodes might be out for a while, but fans are still talking about his gutsy performance against Seth Rollins. Both wrestlers managed to tell a compelling story despite Cody’s obvious pain. The Rock says they did a heck of a job.
