Doubt Over MJF Getting Buried If He Goes To WWE

MJF has worked hard to become one of the best heels in the modern-day pro wrestling landscape. His stock continues to rise as he is one of the top stars in AEW already. There is also doubt over him getting buried in WWE if he goes there.

The Salt of the Earth previously revealed that he will go where the money is after his current AEW contract expires in 2024. MJF even stated that there will be a bidding war for him in 2024.

MJF’s frustrations with his AEW contract are well known at this point as well. While speaking on his Hall of Fame show, Booker T said that he believes MJF will be treated like a big star in WWE and not get buried, as many people think.

“This thing with MJF, does it have some bite to it? Is it something that could really, really happen? I think so. I really think a guy like MJF – people say, a lot of people say if he goes to WWE he’s going to get buried – I think if MJF went to WWE, he would be one of the biggest stars this world has ever seen. Just because I think like this as well – in AEW, who’s talked about the most there, in an upward scale, in a positive way, as far as perhaps being the next big thing as far as professional wrestling goes? My thing is, this dude really does have all the cards and it’s just about how he play ’em.”

MJF was also in Los Angeles after AEW Double or Nothing. It was also said that MJF is not expected to be on television for while now. We’ll have to see if he ever does make his way to WWE or not.
