Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out during RAW when they didn’t like the creative direction of the main event. This led to lot of stories and follow-ups as fans and the pro wrestling world alike figured out this situation. Now WWE has made a ruling on the matter and it’s not pretty for them.

Michael Cole addressed Sasha Banks and Naomi’s walkout during SmackDown this week right before the main event. He then said that both Superstars have been “suspended indefinitely.”

Ringside News exclusively reported that Banks alienated everyone backstage. We also reported that there is belief that Naomi was manipulated in walking out, still they both received the same punishment.

There will now be a tournament to determine new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. This was not a worked situation and Michael Cole had his serious voice the entire time. We will have to see how long it takes for them to return, but it might be a very long wait.
