Drew McIntyre Confronts Roman Reigns During WWE SmackDown Tapings

Roman Reigns has been on roll as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for a long time. Reigns has beaten every single opponent who stood before him as well. Drew McIntyre also confronted Reigns during the latest set of SmackDown tapings.

As previously reported, Roman Reigns is booked for the main event of WrestleMania Backlash next month. The belief was that Drew McIntyre was going to be Roman Reigns’ next opponent as well.

During the latest set of Friday Night Smackdown tapings, Roman Reigns came out during a contract signing for RK-Bro and The Usos. Immediately after that, Drew McIntyre came out and had a brief staredown before they started fighting.

McIntyre ended up hitting an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on Roman Reigns. So now it seems the company has finally started Reigns’ next feud. We’ll have to see how their feud will be booked in the coming weeks.
