Tonight’s SmackDown will see Intercontinental Champion Ricochet defend his title against Jinder Mahal. Also booked for tonight is Sami Zayn going one on one against Drew McIntyre in a rematch of last week’s match that ended with Zayn getting counted out.

It should be interesting to see how things play out on tonight’s show.

SmackDown begins with an appearance from Raw tag team champions RK-Bro. Orton says they are there because of The Usos coming to their show and challenging them to a title unification match. Orton calls out The Usos on their show. The Usos answer Orton’s call and make their way out to the ring. Jimmy tells RK-Bro to leave their titles in the ring and run back to Raw. Orton says The Usos must have forgotten who he his and that he’s been setting records for 20 plus years, and that this is Orton’s show and that they accept The Usos’ challenge.

Naomi vs Rhea Ripley

The match begins with a lock up. Ripley hits a shoulder tackle and spears Naomi into the corner. Naomi sends Ripley outside the ring with a leg scissors. Ripley hits a knee strike and goes to the top rope but Naomi hits a kick to send her crashing down.

Back live with Naomi driving Ripley face first into the turnbuckle. Naomi hits a flying cross body and covers for two. Ripley hits a headbutt and follows with a northern lights suplex into a cover for two. Ripley goes up top and hits a missile drop kick. Naomi springboards off the middle rope and hits a knee to Ripley. Ripley is able to hit the riptide and cover for three.

Madcap Moss vs Humberto

The match begins with Angel causing a distraction to allow Humberto to get the early advantage with a right hand. Humberto hits a side headlock take down and locks in a chin lock. Moss powers out of the hold and hits a big shoulder tackle. Moss catches Humberto mid air after a dive and Moss hits a fall away slam. Moss hits a spear to the corner and hits the punchline to get the three count.

Winner: Madcap Moss

Back live with Drew Gulak in the ring to introduce SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair who makes her way out to the ring. Gulak asks Charlotte if she is concerned about her I Quit match against Ronda Rousey. Charlotte says that Rousey demanding this match was a big mistake from Rousey. Gulak references how Charlotte tapped out to Rousey at Wrestlemania and how Rousey would be champion if the referee was in the right position. Charlotte denies that she tapped out, Charlotte says she is not a quitter and that Gulak does not deserve to interview her and she demands Gulak leaves the ring. Gulak turns to exit the ring and Charlotte hits a chop block from behind and locks Gulak in the figure 8 and makes Gulak say “I Quit” before the refs run out to separate Charlotte from Gulak.

Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn

The match begins and Zayn rolls out of the ring instantly. Mcintyre follows him and slams him into the barricade and throws Zayn back in the ring. Zayn runs over to the announce table and tries to use Pat McAfee as ahuman shield but McIntyre is able to hit Zayn with a right hand. Back in the ring Zayn gets the advantage with a series of right hands before McIntyre hits a big belly to belly throw. McIntyre hits the Glasgow kiss and goes for a Caymore but Zayn rolls out of the ring. For the second week in a row Zayn runs into the crowd and loses via count out.

Winner by count out: Drew McIntyre

Ricochet vs Jinder Mahal

The match begins with Jinder hitting a series of strong right hands to Ricochet on the mat. Jinder locks in a chin lock and then slams Ricochet into the corner. Ricochet counters with an enziguri and follows with a flying cross body. Ricochet covers after a standing moonsault for a two count. Ricochet hits the recoil and goes up top but Shanky is able to drag Jinder out of the ring. Ricochet dives off the top to both Shanky and jinder outside the ring. Ricochet throws Jinder back in the ring and hits a shooting star press and covers for three.

Winner: Ricochet

Riddle vs Jimmy Uso

The match begins with Riddle hitting a a kick and then going for an RKO but Jimmy escapes and rolls outside the ring. Jimmy hits a lariat back in the ring and hits a hard Irish whip to the corner to knock Riddle down to the mat. Jimmy slams Riddle off the ring apron and into the steel steps.

Our main event continues live with Jimmy Uso hitting an enziguri and covering for a two count. Riddle hits a fishermen’s suplex and follows with a running knee. Riddle hits a German suplex and bridges into a cover for two. Riddle goes up top but Jimmy rolls out of the way and hits a Samoan drop. Riddle hits a knee strike and Jey Uso trips him off the top rope while the ref was distracted. Jimmy goes to the top rope but Riddle rolls out of the way of the frog splash and Riddle hits an RKO and covers for three.

Winner: Riddle
