Leyla Hirsch made her debut for All Elite Wrestling during the pandemic. She lost her debut match to former AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida. It was later revealed that the company had big plans for Russian-born wrestler.

AEW tapped a match involving Leyla for YouTube only Dark: Elevation ahead of tonight’s episode of Dynamite. Unfortunately, the match had to stopped early due to Leyla suffering a possible injury.

Leyla attempted a somersault but couldn’t maintain the upper hand, but it didn’t end well. The referee raised the X sign, which indicates that a performer is injured. It appears that Leyla suffered a new injury.

Ringside News is monitoring the situation and will continue to give you update about it. AEW has yet to release an official statement on Leyla’s condition. We hope for the best.
