Leyla Hirsch lost to Britt Baker this week on Dynamite, but they made her look strong in the process. During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that AEW has plans for Leyla Hirsch, and that is why they wanted to protect her.

“The idea is that they wanted to protect Leyla [Hirsch] because they see something in her because can wrestle. and obviously, Thunder Rosa and Britt is a big program, or at least they’re building toward a match with those two.

Thunder Rosa attacked Britt Baker after that match on Dynamite this week. That changed direction to focus on Thunder Rosa’s beef with AEW’s resident dentist. The future seems bright for Leyla Hirsch as AEW continues building a future for their Women’s Division.
