Miro, who was formerly known as Rusev during his decade-long run in WWE, still seems bitter about his former company. His antics as a part of League of Nations were some of the highlights of his career.

Miro took to Twitter today and let everyone know that he still has a grudge-bearing attitude towards WWE. It all started when the outlet Bloomberg shared the news that WWE is recruiting college athletes with big muscles and even bigger personalities to find fame in pro wrestling. He quote tweeted the article by calling WWE a circus.

“Like the circus !,” Miro wrote

A fan in the reply section of Miro’s tweet made a good observation and wrote, “It’s ironic Miro is everything WWE says they want (great body, big personality) and instead of helping him thrive, Vince got mad that his wife was too pretty so didn’t use him right. happy to see him thriving now!”

For those who don’t know Miro was referring to “Next In Line” program by WWE which is seeking younger talent for the future of the company. It was launched in December last year. Gable Steveson was the first athlete signee to WWE’s NIL program, he appeared on night 1 of WrestleMania 38 when Stephanie McMahon introduced him.

Rusev was released by WWE in April 2020 and soon debuted in AEW as Miro in September of the same year. His real name is Miroslav Barnyashev and was the only Bulgarian wrestler in the Vince McMahon’s company.
