WWE’s Current Plan For Cody Rhodes’ Return

Cody Rhodes is heading back to WWE and this is a big deal for certain fans. He inked new deal about two weeks ago. The question remains about how WWE will use the American Nightmare.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE had WrestleMania plans for Cody Rhodes. He was on the internal board and then he was taken off. Despite him no-showing RAW in Jacksonville, the Grandson of a Plumber is coming back to Vince McMahon’s company.

PW Insider reports that the current plan for Rhodes is for him to make a return to RAW after his big WrestleMania return. This will be his primary brand after he returns.

The current plan is to have Rhodes debut WrestleMania weekend with the early word among those in the company being that Rhodes will be on the Raw brand.

Cody Rhodes was originally slotted in to face Seth Rollins. Since the Messiah of Drip has no Mania dance partner it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see Cody Rhodes fill that spot. The big question is how he will make his return.
