Iron Sheik was wrestling’s biggest heel at one point in time. In fact, it was Sheiky Bubba’s loss to Hulk Hogan at Madison Square Garden in 1984 that put the Hulkster on the map.

The legendary heel was born on this day 80 years ago. The official Twitter account of Iron Sheik posted a gif of Sheiky Bubba flexing in front of camera during his WWE (then WWF) days.

Sheik also said he would celebrate his birthday by having some sheesh kebabs and beer with Young Rock playing on his TV screen. For those who don’t know, it’s the season premiere of the hit show.

The tweet landed a response from The Great One himself. The Rock took to Twitter to wish uncle Sheiky Bubba a very happy birthday and asked him to enjoy his show tonight.
