Sting shocked the world when he made his debut in AEW back in December 2020. Since then he has been featured heavily on AEW television being paired up with Darby Allin. Many AEW stars want piece of Sting, including Paul Wight. 

Despite being over 60, Sting certainly has been competing at an unexpectedly high level and that has certainly impressed fans and pro wrestlers alike. For many fans, he has hardly lost a step.

The biggest example of how good Sting still is was seen when he landed on top of Andrade El Idolo and went through multiple tables during the Tornado Trios match at AEW Revolution last week.

Sting recently wrote a column in The Players’ Tribune, where he talked about coming back to pro wrestling after retiring back in 2015 following his disastrous match against Seth Rollins.

Sting stated that there are days when he feels like wrestling has taken its toll on his body, while there are other times where Sting feels as if he is 22 years old again.

“There are definitely days when I’m putting on my boots and I feel every bit of 62, believe me,. ‘And then there are days when everything is clicking, and the building is electric, I still feel like I’m 22, heading out east in the T-Bird with Jim, wondering,

We will have to wait and see what is next in store for Sting and Darby Allin as they came out to help Matt Hardy when he was getting beat down by Andrade and the rest of the Andrade Family Office.
