Jeff Hardy remains one of the most respected and beloved pro wrestlers in the history of WWE. Since his return in 2017, he was one of the mainstays of the company and competed in various feuds.

AEW appears to be hinting that Jeff Hardy will be joining the promotion soon. Matt mentioned his brother in a promo a few weeks ago, and he intimated on Twitter that things would be changing and that he might have to go “Xtreme.” This is a reference to Matt and Jeff’s previous incarnation as Team Xtreme.

The Young Bucks’ bio has been modified to an old reference that hints Jeff’s signing. Former WWE announcer Mike Adamle referred to him as Jeff Harvey during a show more than a decade ago, hence the “Harvey.”

Bring us Jeff Harvey.

Jeff was released in December following a home show during which management suspected he was under the influence. Several weeks later, the drug test results came back negative, indicating that he had no drugs in his system.

Jeff was apparently approached by WWE to return, and an opportunity to induct him into the Hall of Fame was made, but he reportedly declined. Matt and Jeff have both expressed a desire to work together again, and they have separate dates planned.

It also appears that they will have another chance to partner up on national television when Jeff contracts with AEW, which all indicators point to. Check out the Young Bucks’ Twitter bio in the screenshot provided below.
