Brock Lesnar Was Not Happy About Shane McMahon’s Plans Before Royal Rumble

Shane McMahon returned to WWE television after long hiatus during this year’s edition of the Men’s Royal Rumble match. Ringside News reported his appearance and his performance in the match was not necessarily anything to write home about. It seems he angered Brock Lesnar as well.

Shane McMahon has a substantial amount of heat on himself for taking over the men’s Royal Rumble match booking as McMahon simply went into business for himself. After that, creative plans for Shane McMahon changed due to all that heat.

That is not all as we also reported that Shane McMahon was quietly let go by the company. Vince McMahon ultimately had no choice but to fire his son in the end.

McMahon was frustrated over Vince shooting down his Royal Rumble changes. According to Fightful, Brock Lesnar was not happy with Shane McMahon’s behavior during planning for the Royal Rumble.

We’re told that when Vince McMahon learned of Shane McMahon’s plans, he wasn’t happy about them, and neither was Brock Lesnar. Shane was insistent on seeing them through, which didn’t end up happening.
