Shane McMahon Booked For 2022 Royal Rumble Match

WWE’s Royal Rumble event is this Saturday, and we feel this needs repeating since so many fans are used to their Sunday night premium live events. This Saturday will see a few returns, including Bad Bunny as Ringside News exclusively reported.

The company usually brings in a few surprises. Ronda Rousey and Kairi Sane are also heavily rumored to be involved. Now we have another return to confirm.

Ringside News has learned that Shane McMahon is set for the Royal Rumble match. This confirms Brad Shepard’s previous report which we have independently verified with a tenured member of the creative team.

Much like in Bad Bunny’s case, we were unable to confirm if there are WrestleMania plans for Shane McMahon. Given that WrestleMania season usually brings Shane-O Mac back for a high spot, it seems like a very likely assumption.
