CM Punk Doesn’t Want To Go To Jail For Hurting Hook

CM Punk made his All Elite Wrestling debut a few months ago at AEW Rampage: The First Dance. It certainly changed the pro wrestling world as many people took notice of the company. It seems he has a hilarious reason for fearing Hook as well.

CM Punk has become one of the mainstays of AEW television and has feuded against the likes of Darby Allin, Eddie Kingston and others. Fans have also been wondering if he will ever duke it out against AEW’s latest sensation Hook.

While speaking to Abe Kanan, CM Punk was asked whether he ever wants to square off against Hook. Punk then provided a hilarious explanation as to why he fears Hook.

How about HOOK? That kid, for the first time, somebody is making memes saying ‘so and so fears HOOK, CM Punk fears HOOK.’ Yeah. I do. 100%. I’m 43 years old, he’s like 16. I don’t want to get in trouble. You hurt a teenager, you go to jail for that sort of thing.”

CM Punk is set to square off against MJF on AEW Dynamite this week in Chicago. It remains to be seen how whether he will be able to defeat The Salt Of The Earth or not.
