Update: Brian Kendrick’s replacement will be Wheeler Yuta. Now Jon Moxley will take on Yuta instead of Kendrick.

Original: Brian Kendrick just got out of his WWE deal where he was unhappy. It didn’t take him long to find a spot in AEW, but that was taken away thank to old comments resurfacing.

Kendrick’s 2013 High Spots interview was shared all over the Internet Wrestling Community today. During that interview, Kendrick made incredibly controversial and unfounded comments about the Holocaust and Sandy Hook shooting. It was something straight out of an Alex Jones broadcast.

Due to this, Kendrick has been pulled from AEW Dynamite tonight. He was slated to face Jon Moxley, but that is not happening now. Tony Khan logged onto Twitter and made it known that Kendrick is off the show.

We’ve been made aware of abhorrent & offensive comments made in the past by Brian Kendrick. There’s no room in AEW for the views expressed by Brian. We think it’s best for all that Brian be pulled from tonight’s card as we gather more info. We’ll announce a replacement bout ASAP.

We will have to see who Brian Kendrick’s replacement will be. Jon Moxley and Kendrick could have been a treat for fans, but they will not throw down in AEW.

Keep checking back with Ringside News to see which pro wrestling’s career will get ruined next thanks to something they said a decade ago.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
