Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship after beating The Miz on Monday Night RAW back in March last year. Since then, he was booked as a very dominant force and had Vince McMahon’s seal of approval. Lashley then lost that title to Big E in a huge moment that fans will always remember.

Bobby Lashley then became the #1 contender for Brock Lesnar’s WWE Title a few weeks ago. The two would have confrontations on Monday Night RAW that set up their feud properly.

The Almighty and The Beast clashed at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship. In the end, Lashley won the match after Paul Heyman turned on Brock Lesnar.

WWE took to Twitter and announced that The Almighty will be defending his newly-won WWE Championship at an Elimination Chamber Match at the WWE Elimination Chamber event in Saudi Arabia on February 19th.
