Bobby Lashley toppled Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble with the help of Roman Reigns. Now he is starting another run with the WWE Title as WrestleMania season draws close once again.

A report came out after the 2022 Royal Rumble event which said that WWE has no plans for Bobby Lashley’s future booking. The story was that Lashley does not have a WrestleMania opponent yet. We have been told that idea is cap.

Ringside News was informed by a tenured member of the creative team that Bobby Lashley’s WrestleMania opponent is, indeed, locked in. In fact, we were told that all title matches for WrestleMania are booked.

We were told, “the title matches for Mania are booked, and have been booked for a while.” Any report about WWE not having title matches booked for WrestleMania at this point is “fake news.”

It was not confirmed to us who will face the All Mighty at the show of shows, but that will likely come up very soon. WWE has a lot of things going as they head down the Road to WrestleMania and it’s nice to know they have an end game.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
