Bron Breakker Set To Team With Tommaso Ciampa On NXT 2.0 Next Week

Bron Breakker has been elevated to the top spot in NXT 2.0 in unbelievably short order. The son of the legendary Rick Steiner has ascended from untested rookie to NXT Champion in a matter of months. Breakker has apparently earned the respect of the man he beat to take that title, Tommaso Ciampa.

Several new matches were announced for next week’s WWE NXT broadcast on last night’s show. One of those included Bron Breakker taking on Legado del Fantasma along with an unnamed partner. We now know that Tommaso Ciampa will be Breakker’s teammate.

The news was revealed on this morning’s episode of The Bump. The former rivals will look to take care of the latest thorn in Bron’s side once and for all. The rest of next week’s card can be seen below.

NXT 2.0 has been met with mixed reviews since debuting late last year. WWE has cleaned house and set up their own vision for what they think the developmental brand should look like. The experiment will continue next week as we expect even more big matches to be added to the show.
