Madman Fulton is the latest victim of a string of Twitter hacks that have plagued professional wrestlers recently. Lance Archer was also recently hacked. This time, the crooks are trying to pull off a scam involving selling PlayStation 5 consoles.

It was reported earlier this month that hackers were using a technique known as phishing to gain access to wrestler’s social media accounts. They are offered some sort of free item or deal such as sneakers. The wrestler then gives their Twitter credentials to a phony website. From there, the hackers take over.

Madman Fulton’s account posted multiple tweets offering a PlayStation 5 for sale for $300 with free shipping. Wrestling fans would, in theory, make an offer and receive nothing in return. The entire hack is part of a scam. Fulton did announce the breach via his Instagram account.

“Unfortunately my Twitter account @FultonWorld has been hacked. We are working to get it back, but please don’t respond to any messages.

Well, if they can’t beat me physically I guess the best the can do is an attack on my social media. Please be careful out there. I’ll update when I get my account back.”

The Twitter hacking scam has been going on for years. Bray Wyatt was targeted with similar PlayStation scheme. Hopefully Madman Fulton gets his account back soon!
