Karrion Kross was one of the top Superstars in NXT, which led to him becoming a two-time NXT Champion. However, in comparison, his run on Monday Night RAW was abysmal, to say the least. It seems he admitted something surprising recently.

Karrion Kross debuted a new mask after he lost the NXT Championship. Since his first day on the main roster, he was seen without his fiancée Scarlett. Kross also revealed who came up with the idea of his mask.

WWE was preparing to change Karrion Kross’ gimmick for the third time. However, all of it was of no use as he was released last year as part of the company’s previous batch of cuts.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Karrion Kross, now going by the name Killer Kross, talked about his time in WWE. Kross admitted WWE was wonderful to him when he was in NXT.

“It’s important to understand that the business of the night is not always exactly about you.

That’s just the way it is and I thought that I was given basically a piece of business that night [main roster debut] that may have not exactly been about me without getting any more details than the fact that I was going under, and I was okay with that.

People forget too, they gave me a death run where I killed everybody clean in NXT for over a year. I hadn’t even lost yet. So, to put somebody over for me personally, it’s not a big deal.

Even on my debut, I was like, ‘You know what? This company’s been wonderful to me. Whatever they want I’ll do it, it’s no problem.’ That’s the place I was coming from.”

Karrion Kross joined EC3’s Control Your Narrative stable as well. His first post-WWE match was also announced, so it remains to be seen what is next in store for Kross in the pro wrestling world.
