Bron Breakker’s stock has been on the rise ever since he made his debut in NXT 2.0 back in September last year. He was immediately made to be big deal and many fans believe he has a lot of potential. It seems Goldberg helped him in many ways as well.

Bron Breakker reached new heights as he went on to defeat Tommaso Ciampa for the NXT Championship in the main event of NXT’s NXT New Year’s Evil event. Before pro wrestling, Bron Breakker used to play football as well.

While speaking the After The Bell podcast, Corey Graves asked Bron Breakker about the people who helped him in his life. Breakker revealed that Goldberg mentored him in both football and professional wrestling.

“Bill Goldberg is one, right off the top. He has been a mentor to me for a long time. In football, when I was playing in college, in NFL for a short time, he was always giving me tips, calling me up and telling me things I need to get better at.”
