Sasha Banks Pays Tribute To William Regal After His WWE Release

Sasha Banks is one of the top female WWE Superstars in the history of the company. Her accolades speak for themselves and she has competed in some of the best matches in the company’s history. It seems she paid tribute to William Regal recently as well.

Sasha Banks was pulled from the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view and was absent for a long time. However, she made her shocking return to WWE television at Extreme Rules. Since then she became one of the mainstays of WWE television once again.

The company decided to release numerous members of staff right after NXT’s New Year’s Evil this week. This included names such as William Regal, which came as shock to many.

William Regal served as the NXT General Manager from 2014 up until his release this year. However, he has also helped train various pro wrestlers over the years and that includes Sasha Banks.

Sasha Banks took to Twitter and paid tribute to William Regal, as Banks said that she wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Regal. Banks added that she will forever be grateful to William Regal.

Sasha Banks is currently dealing with a leg sprain after recent WWE live event. It remains to be seen whether Sasha Banks will take time off due to her injury or not.
