Fans Shocked After CarShield Starts Airing Ric Flair Commercial Again

Vice’s Dark Side of the Ring aired the second part of their third season which included an episode that focused on The Plane Ride From Hell. Tommy Dreamer essentially excused what Ric Flair did on that plane and that resulted in him getting suspended by Impact Wrestling. Ric Flair also lost a bit of work and he was temporarily cancelled, but The Nature Boy is coming back already.

Ric Flair was removed from WWE’s opening video package as his ‘woo’ was edited out. On top of that, he was also replaced from the video package by The Ultimate Warrior.

CarShield commercials featuring Ric Flair were put on hold after the controversy. However, CarShield decided to run commercials featuring Ric Flair again during this week’s episode of NXT 2.0. Naturally, fans were surprised at this and took to social media and expressed their disbelief.
