The COVID-19 pandemic brought the entire world last year to a standstill. This included the pro wrestling business, which was severely affected by the pandemic. Several pro wrestlers tested positive for the virus and it resulted in numerous shows being postponed.

WWE had a lot of trouble with COVID-19 over the last year as they had lots of positive tests. However, with the availability of vaccines, the situation was under control for the most part. That all changed recently as well.

As reported earlier, several WWE Superstars recently tested positive for COVID-19. In addition to that, the condition worsened as more wrestlers and members of staff tested positive for the virus.

According to a report by, producers have been affected severely by COVID-19. In general, there are twelve producers for an episode of Monday Night RAW. However, for this week’s show, there are only six producers, which will inevitably lead to a lot of rewrites for the show.

Several WWE Superstars including the likes of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch and Big E were absent from the company’s Holiday Tour live events. It seems the company will have a difficult couple of weeks due to COVID-19.
