WWE NXT once had a stable on their roster called the Undisputed Era. Now 3/4 of that stable is in AEW.

Adam Cole and Orange Cassidy opened up the Holiday Bash special. The match ended as Kyle O’Reilly slid in the ring and laid out Freshly Squeezed with an elbow.

Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole soon found themselves fighting off the Best Friends. Then it was Cole, O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish all alone in the ring. The Young Bucks eventually came down to join them and they had an awkward moment with Adam Cole.

Excalibur made a point to say that “Kyle O’Reilly has arrived in All Elite Wrestling.” O’Reilly was not released from WWE, but his contract expired. He obviously isn’t going back, because Kyle O’Reilly is now All Elite.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
