Alberto Del Rio Has Zero Interest From Any Major Pro Wrestling Company

Alberto Del Rio had his time in the spotlight, and he is in amazing shape to this day. That doesn’t mean his phone is ringing off the hook with opportunities.

Although the allegations against Albert were dropped, he still has stigma against him. A lot of stories about the former WWE Champion soiled his reputation. Even though he has alluded in the past to interest from WWE, that isn’t the case.

Sean Sapp tweeted out to shut down rumors about Alberto having any interest from WWE, AEW, MLW or even Impact Wrestling. The simple fact is that there doesn’t seem to be a shred of interest in his services.

I’ve spoken with people from WWE, MLW, Impact who say they either have no interest in bringing Del Rio in or would be shocked if it happens.

AEW talent I’ve spoken to say they’ve never heard him mentioned as even possibly coming in.

We’ll have to see what’s next for Alberto. He might have a lot to offer in the ring, but finding a place that wants him to wrestle seems to be the real problem at this point.
