Vince McMahon is the Chairman of WWE and oversees everything that goes on in the company, right down to the most minute of details. McMahon is larger than life and is known to do the craziest of things, many of which are true. That includes his legendary midnight workouts.

Vince McMahon is also a huge prankster, as the likes of Mark Henry would attest to. This is because McMahon always dumped water on Henry in order to wake him up.

Despite all that, there is no doubt that Vince McMahon is one of the most significant names in the history of professional wrestling. Out of the McMahon family, only Vincent J. McMahon, the father of Vince McMahon and Triple H were inducted into the Hall Of Fame.

While speaking on his Jim Cornette’s Drive Thru show, Jim Cornette explained why Vince McMahon will never induct himself into the WWE Hall Of Fame. It ultimately comes down to Vince McMahon’s ego.

“Vince will never go in the Hall of Fame as long as he is still alive. That is one thing he constantly tells everybody, he gets mad if they don’t listen, he doesn’t want anyone to thank him on their acceptance speeches. I don’t know if it’s because, let’s face it, Vince has a fairly healthy ego. I don’t know if he wants to be humble and loveable like a shoeshine boy, but he knows the ways that the boys are.

I think from a standpoint from how the fans, the viewers, and the people at home would take it, every son of a b*tch that comes out thanks Vince McMahon, then he thinks it ruins the viewing experience, and it gets heat on him from the viewer, ban that activity. He gets mad if they slip and do.”

Vince McMahon has a method to his madness and for the most part, it has proven to be successful as WWE continues to make profits every year. We will have to wait and see if and when McMahon himself will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame.
