Jade Cargill is one of AEW’s brightest future stars, but there are apparently some fans who aren’t wishing her the best. Cargill realizes that a section of the fan base seems to be against Black women wrestlers, and that sickens her.

Although Cargill hasn’t received a main event push yet, she is featured in a big was on AEW television. Cargill will likely remain a featured face, and one that Tony Khan signed after WWE passed on her years ago.

Cargill, who still has her eyes on the TBS Title, tweeted out to let fans know just how much it sickens her to see shade from fans toward Black Women Wrestlers. That doesn’t change how she feels, because Cargill is not scared.

What do some (not all) of you fans have against black women wrestlers? I hear it so much and it sickens me. It’s 2021. I’m talking about it. Cause everyone else is scared. I’m not.

We’ll have to see what is next for Jade Cargill. She will continue in AEW despite any push back from a very vocal, and small, section of the fan base. If anything, we know that she has a whole lot more support than anyone taking her haters’ side.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
