Cody Rhodes is reportedly going to be part of a Luchador tag team, which is being dubbed ‘Too Fast, Too Fuego.’ As the debut date of the new tag team keeps closer and closer, the rumors of Cody Rhodes being the better half of the duo are being reported more frequently.

Rhodes, however, isn’t having it. Taking to Twitter, he retweeted a post made by Fightful reporting the announcement and captioned it “Stop tagging me in this s/!t.” It’s clear that he is definitely displeased about it. However, you can’t deny the fact that the other Luchador looks unmistakably like him. The ‘Dream’ tattoo on his chest is a massive giveaway as well.

The “Too Fast Too Fuego” duo will be debuting on Dark: Elevation which will be tapped on the upcoming Sunday. Both Bryan Danielson and Adam Cole are shown to be part of the show, so it’ll be interesting whether or not the masked fighter ends up being Cody or not.

Malakai Black & Cody Rhodes have been wrestling it out, and Rhodes comes out on the losing end. With this new entry as a Luchador, AEW could get massive attention for Dark, which is a great tactic. After all, AEW should be sailing smooth on all fronts since Tony Khan has declared it WWE’s competitor.
