WWE Hall Of Famer Ted DiBiase remains one of the most popular and hated heels during the late 80s and early 90s. DiBiase’s character work continues to be iconic and rarely replicated to the same degree of effectiveness.

Brett DiBiase, son of the WWE Hall Of Famer,  was arrested along with five other people in February 2020 as part of an embezzlement scheme in early 2020 from the state of Mississippi.

Brett was hired as deputy administrator at the Mississippi Department of Human Services in 2017. State Auditor Shad White issued letters demanding repayment for misspent welfare dollars

As revealed by state records by PW Insider, DiBiase Sr.’s non-profit organization, Heart of David Ministry, received over $2 million from Mississippi in the form of welfare money. According to Mississippi Today, former NFL quarterback Brett Favre has to pay back $800,000 that he received for speaking engagements that he did not attend.

As for Ted DiBiase Jr., he has been ordered to return $3.9 million after the money he got as a motivational speaker for the welfare agency, in addition to interest. Regarding Ted DiBiase Sr., he is asked to repay the $722,299 that his Christian ministry received. On top of that, Brett is ordered to pay $225,950 which he owes.
